What types of testing does Onsite Health Solutions offer?

We offer a wide range of testing services to include DNA testing, DOT & non DOT drug testing services. Pre-employment services, business formation and filing services.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to a scheduled service, Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service for a late cancellation, which will be charged to the card on file.

Refund Policy

Refund request must be submitted in writing to Onsite Health Solutions at the contact email provided within 7 days of the transaction. Processing fees associated with the original payment may not be refunded. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process, depending on your financial institution.

Please Note: We service the entire state of Georgia, however any areas outside please contact us to discuss, as there is a milage fee for areas outside of our service areas.
